Hello and sorry to all my readers – I was quite busy in march and totally forgot to write my monthly update. Anyway here it is! Nothing special. Similar income as in January, except that there was not interest income from Crowdestate. I did not make any new significant investments, only reinvested interests in P2P portfolios.

Passive income

My passive income decreased by -255.78€ to total of 312.7€. The P2P loan interest income was 220.93€ (-1.77€) , advertisement income correspondingly 51.71€ (3.65€), income from real estate lending sites 24.45€ (-240.77€), dividend+bonds income 15.61€ (-16.89€). This makes my rolling average passive income rate to expenses 46.17% (2.37%).
